The Great Tea Exchange

Alyssa and I love to try all sorts of tea, from the simple yet refreshing Peppermint to the wild and funky Coconut Mango Oolong. Of course, on a student's budget, we can't keep going back to the store and buying more tea. So we decided that whenever we splurge and buy another new, untried pack of tea the other doesn't buy it. (Unless of course we both love the tea and drink it daily) Instead, when the other does buy a new pack, we do something I like to call The Great Tea Exchange. We switch! A packet for a packet. And no extra money is spent.

A Peek At ThreadSence

ThreadSence's new Edge of The Sun Lookbook is out and their new collection is more indie than ever!

Tea Of The Day: Pumpkin Spice

Stash has been my go-to tea brand recently and I must admit, it hasn't disappointed. Stash's Pumpkin Spice Decaf is heavenly. The aroma itself sends me straight back to Thanksgiving Dinner. Wonderfully soothing. The ideal blend of nutmeg, cinnamon, ginger and cloves. Perfect for that day when you just want to sit back and reminisce. Happy Tea Time!

Yogurt: The Frozen Kind

After a stressful day, I like to curl up to a nice warm cup of tea. Of course my friend, Panjee, isn't a tea drinker (gasp!) so we opted for frozen yogurt instead. A quick choice because Yogo, the deliciously adorable frozen yogurt shop is right next to Tealoca (the tea shop I went to yesterday). So frozen yogurt it is! And after polishing off my original no-topping frozen yogurt, (they didn't have my favorite green tea yogurt) I must admit I do feel better. There's just something about a semi-sweet, semi-sour frozen delicacy that calms me, much like tea does. Hooray for calming desserts!
